Santa

Well We had a very low key christmas this year.. we were more content to just be with each other and family.. What would christmas be though without a picture with Santa and Mrs. Claus.

We had the most wonderful opportunity to have my Aunt Heidi fly over with my uncle over thanksgiving weekend for Braxtyn's blessing and we were able to get some long overdue family pictures done... so here is a little preview.

3 Months

Well Braxtyn is a little over 3 months and boy is he getting big!! He is over 14 lbs. and getting taller by the day.. About the only pants and outfits that fit these days are 6 month ones. He is very independent and wants to be sitting up all the time.. If I lay him down, He will prop himself up on his elbows and look around. So mom and dad are on constant watch with him. He demands to know what is going on whenever people are around to talk to him. And boy does he talk! he likes to talk back to the people on the t.v., to nana or papa, and mom and dad.. He is 100% a momma's boy. he loves to cuddle in the cruck of your neck and snuggle in your arms.. At the begining of the month, he got a tiny earache and they thought it would end up an infection so they put him on anti-biotics. Well long story short there I think we are still having a small ear problem.. But thanks to him not wanting to eat, I got mastitis again, this time on both sides. I was really out with it this time and still had to find the time to go to work.. So much to my dissmay We had to end our breast feeding adventure.. I know that he benefited from the 3 months that he had it, I just couldn't keep up with 6 oz on my restricted 2. He has done famously with the switch and it is good for his dad to bond with him as well..

We had a work christmas party and Braxtyn got his picture with Santa. It was pretty cute, we had just woken him up and he was still in a daze. Nonetheless it was still very sweet. I will hopefully get the santa picture up soon but here are a few updated ones.
